Our Wig Room

For many cancer survivors, hair loss can be one of the most visible and emotional parts of treatment. The Wig Room at the Cancer Survivorship Center offers a welcoming space where survivors can explore wig options in comfort and privacy. With a wide selection of styles and supportive staff by their side, our goal is to make the process easy, uplifting, and empowering by meeting each survivor where they are.

What to expect:

  • Appointments may be scheduled at your convenience.
  • Private, uninterrupted time with Cancer Survivorship Center staff.
  • Explore and try on wigs of your choice. Choose from more than 100 wig styles available on site.
  • Men’s and women’s styles available.
  • Bring a supporter, loved one, or caregiver for encouragement and a second opinion.
  • Feel supported every step of the way. Our goal is your comfort and confidence.
  • If you don’t find the perfect style for you, our team will help research and order a wig at no cost.
  • Each survivor is eligible to receive one free wig.

Annie

After being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, Annie faced months of treatment and the loss of her hair, but she refused to let cancer stop her from living life.
Cancer doesn’t mean you can stop living. You have to keep going,Annie says.
When Annie turned 18, she began coming to the Cancer Survivorship Center. Through the Wig Room, Annie found the perfect wig for her prom, helping her reclaim a sense of confidence and normalcy during an already difficult time. That night, Annie was dressed flawlessly from head to toe!
